All sales are made final. No returns on extra or "left over" tile. Please measure accurately before ordering. Returns are available on defective material. You must contact National Mosaic Supply within 3 business days of receiving goods to make claim. Goods will need to be shipped back and received in good condition to apply.

 

Natural Stone- Due to the variation in nature, stone may have variation in color and/or pattern. Therefor a refund will not be available on these circumstances.

 

Samples- Samples are free and the only charge is for shipping, therefore samples cannot be returned.

 

Wrong Color- We reccomend you request a sample before purchasing if you are not sure of the color or are trying to match a color.
