All sales are final. No returns on extra or "left over" tile. Please measure accurately before ordering. Returns are available on defective material. You must contact National Mosaic Supply within 3 business days of receiving goods to make claim. Goods will need to be shipped back and received in good condition to apply.
Natural Stone- Due to the variation in nature, stone may have variation in color and/or pattern. Therefor a refund will not be available on these circumstances.
Samples- Samples cannot be returned or credited.
Wrong Color- We reccomend you request a sample before purchasing if you are not sure of the color or are trying to match a color.
